He is survived by: his wife Helen Marie Caulkins; his daughters, Denise Auger of Burlison, Carla Carothers of Burlison and Maribeth Richardson of Burlison; and his siblings, Geraldine Murphy of Drummonds and Clifford Caulkins, Jr. of North Carolina.
