She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Forrester and Mary Elizabeth Chisum Forrester; and her siblings, Chester Forrester, Annielou Ramsey, Linda Forrester and Connie Knight.
She is survived by: her children, Dorothy Juanita Petty of Munford, Betty Sue Forrester (Rickey) of Munford, Jamie Lee Smith (Mikel) of Munford, Porter Shelby Roy, Jr. of Burlison, Michael Ray Roy (Jackie) of Paragould, AR, Larry Coleman Roy (Selena) of Munford and Fred Dale Roy of Munford; and her siblings, Buck Forrester, Doc Forrester, Elmer Forrester, Terry Forrester, Peggy Carpenter and Brenda Alexander. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
