He was predeceased by: his son Coleman Herbert "Coley" Cox, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Burlison Cox; his daughters, Charlotte Cox Kelley (Richard) of Burlison, Anita Cox Coats (Jimmy) of Burlison and Michelle Cox Laxton (Chris) of Burlison; and his grandchildren, Kerry Williams (Brad), Jason Coats (Rachel), Leslie Roane (Michael), Cristi Oswalt (Brian), Drew Laxton (Brandi) and Meghan Nolan (Michael).
