It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charlene Beatrice Williams of Burlison, Tennessee, who passed away on February 23, 2025, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Alvin Henry Williams; and her parents, Raymond Woods and Eva Ruth Woods. She is survived by: her daughter Malinda "Gail" Howard; her sisters, Edith Smart, Ann Jenkins and Betty Taylor; her son Alvin Williams (Melisa); her grandchildren, Zack Williams (Christian), Amie Williams, Chris Williams (Rachel), Cody Williams, Karli Mincks (CJ), Stephanie Morris (Daniel) and Greg Howard; and also, Joe Walker, Gail, Emleigh and Dee. She is also survived by 17 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Covington Funeral Home (3499 U. S. 51 S, Covington, TN 38019). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at the Northridge/Woodhaven Cemetery (6755 US-51, Millington, TN 38053).
