He was predeceased by: his grandfather Albert Uttz. He is survived by: his parents, Lisa Uttz of Burlison and Steven Uttz of Covington; his siblings, Chelsea Uttz of Burlison and Jacob Uttz of Burlison; and his grandparents, John Wilkins, Janet Wilkins of Drummonds and Sara Uttz of Covington.
