She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Hamm and Catherine Meadows Hamm; and her siblings, Frank Hamm, Jr. and Teresa Sykes. She is survived by: her husband Terry Lackey; her children, Gwynn Jones (Vennie), Hailey Lackey and Justin Lackey; her granddaughter Katie McGee; and her siblings, Nadine Harber (Carroll), Marie Mathis (Larry), Jo Crow (Roger), Donna Lockhart (Larry), Rosemary Cunningham (Donnie), Cathy James (Kevin), Pam Groves (Paul), Billy Hamm and Dale Hamm (Donna). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
