He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Kisner; his son Tod Kisner (Paige) of Holly Springs; his stepsons, Paul Whitehead of Greeneville and Eric Whitehead of Bean Station; his grandchildren, Camden Kisner, Lydia Kisner, Seth Whitehead and Sadie Whitehead; his brothers, Butch Kisner (Glenna) and Gary Kisner; and his aunt Elsie Bowles. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
