He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray P. Livingston of Morristown and Betty L. Richardson (Livingston) of Bulls Gap. He is survived by: his children, Stephen Broc Livingston Jr., Mathew Livingston and Kimberly Livingston; his grandson Malachi Atkins of Greeneville, TN; and his siblings, James Victor Livingston of Arlington and Christy Walker of Morristown. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Funeral Services will be conducted by Christian Sells Funeral home, due to Covid-19 and the safety of others, the family will only be holding a grave side service with a celebration of life to be held at a later date.
