It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Wheeler (Bulls Gap, Tennessee), who passed away on December 8, 2019, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Wheeler and Myrtis Wheeler; his sister Jeannie Wheeler; his parents-in-law, James and Louise Davis; and his sister-in-law Wanda Baker.

He is survived by: his wife Kay Davis Wheeler of Bulls Gap; his stepson Brock Stroud of Bulls Gap; and his sister Sandra "Sissy" Newberry of Lenoir City. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
