He was predeceased by: his parents, Garland H. Holbrook and Claudia Beatrice Stallard Holbrook; his stepmother Mary Kate Culbertson Holbrook; and his stepsister Marilyn Yvonne Powers. He is survived by: his children, Richard Holbrook (Jane) of Blairs, VA, Barry Holbrook (Tanya) of Gothenburg, NE, Deborah Weddle (Mark) of Salem, VA and Brooke Natasha Garthright of Richmond, VA; his siblings, Phyllis Curtis (Cecil) of Nicklesville, VA, Kaye Hooper, Larry Holbrook (Brenda) of Bulls Gap, TN and Rudy G Holbrook (Judy) of Coeburn, VA; his grandchildren, Samantha, Shannon, Rick, Issac and Hunter; and his close friend Judy Jaminson. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
The family will be at the church at 11:30 a. m. Face mask are required.
