He was predeceased by: his parent John Cantrell; his daughters, Donna Marie Cantrell and Sheryl Lynn Cantrell; his grandchildren, Niki Cantrell and Jared Graham; and his siblings, Ann Lou Cook, Lizzie Velma Cook, Mabel Marie Cowan, Katherine Cassie Bohm, John Walter Cantrell, Willie Thomas Cantrell, Edgar Anderson Cantrell and Clarence Andrew Cantrell.
He is survived by: his parent Gorda Lambert Cantrell; his wife Ruth M. Cantrell; his children, Rhonda Holt, Kathy Zientek (Eddie), Kenneth Cantrell and Randall Cantrell; and his sister Jessie Helen Carmack. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
