She was predeceased by: her husband Carl Hawkins; her son Wayne Hawkins; her parents, George Thomas and Della Minerva Gray; and her siblings, Martha Frankenburg, Ruth Wheeler, Minnie Pearl Gray, George William Gray, Sr., Charles Howard Gray and Fred Eugene Gray.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon Long (Dale) and Roger Hawkins (Judy); her grandchildren, Stacie Russell (Nick), Josh Hawkins (Heather) and Matt Hawkins; her great grandchildren, Paislie Nickole Russell and Ava June Hawkins; her sister Betty Grigsby; and her sister-in-law Launa Wheeler. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
