It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Madge Marie Carter of Bulls Gap, Tennessee, who passed away on April 24, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Carl Carter; her son Jesse Carter; and her grandson David Carter. She is survived by: her daughter Nona Joan Watson; and her niece Carolyn Kite (Jerry). She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, several great grandchildren, several great-great grandchildren.
