He was predeceased by: his wife Betty Lamons; and his parents, Bruce Lamons and Eula Mae Lamons. He is survived by: his children, David (Cathy Lamons), Peggy (David Jones), Richard "Fred" Lamons and Kenneth "Honkey" (Sandra Lamons); and his sisters-in-law, Edna Lamons and Nell Lamons. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great and great great grandchildren.
