He was predeceased by: his parents, Maggie Banks and Donald Banks; his sisters, Claudia Doud, Sandra Bell and Janet McIntosh; and his parents-in-law, Maggie and John Cockreham.
He is survived by: his wife Ruby Glasscock; his brother McDonald Banks, Jr. (Sandy); his brother-in-law Dennis McIntosh; and his caregivers, Angie Reed and Sarah Johns. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
