She was predeceased by: her husband Walter Kirkpatrick (W. K.); her parents, Alonzo Rudolph and Hattie Belle Tomlinson Harmon; her sisters, Betty (Dedrick Harris), Nancy Jean (Gary Brown) and Mary Lee (Cecil Cupp); and her niece Glenna Wolfe.

She is survived by: her niece Pam Ellenburg; her nephews, Roger Brown and Ken Brown; and her caregivers, Becky Rose, Sandra Weems, Christiana Swanson and Ashley Cole.

In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Walker Cemetery Fund in care of Barbara Ramsey. 1700 Wheeler Road, Bulls Gap, TN 37711, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, or Shriners Hospital.
