He is survived by: his significant other Tonya Carroll; his stepsons, Austin Smith (Samantha) and Noah Woodard (Asia); his grandchildren, Brinley, Rylynn Smith, Colton and Westin Woodard; his parents, Rhonda Foster and Carley Carroll, Jr. (Rosemary); his siblings, Ashley Seau (Shawkey), Michaela Powlison and Dakota Carroll; his grandparents, Carley, Katherine Carroll and Norma Wilmoph; and his aunt Tammy Dalton (Donnie). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, very special friends, and coworkers.
