He was predeceased by: his daughter Katherine Teague. He is survived by: his wife Judy McDonald; his children, Leslie McDonald (Kay) and Kim Watson (Anthony); his grandchildren, Shae, Mason and Angela; and his sister Lucille Musser. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to the First United Methodist Church of Bulls Gap.
