He was predeceased by: his brother Jason Ray Justice; and his nephew Austin Justice. He is survived by: his parents, Randall Justice and Josephine Justice of Bulls Gap; his siblings, Pearl Justice of Rogersville, Becky Clark (Jimmy) of Bulls Gap, Robert Justice (Elizabeth) of Surgoinsville, Paul Justice of Bulls Bap and Tom Justice of Bulls Bap; and his partner's children, Whitney and Jaden. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
