Billy Swinney Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billy Swinney of Bulls Gap, Tennessee, who passed away on January 10, 2023 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James Luther "Lute" and Minnie Swinney; and his siblings, Frances Gibson, Gene Swinney, Johnny Swinney and Kyle Swinney.

He is survived by: his sisters-in-law, Janie Swinney, Allene Swinney and Sue Swinney Overbough; his nieces and nephews, Randall, Katie Swinney, Robby, Tammy Swinney, Lisa Swinney Willis, Donna Swinney Stanley, Debbie, Ronnie Carver, Wayne Swinney, Nikki Swinney, Linda, Clifford Williams, Joe Swinney, Jim Swinney, Peggy Lewis, Carol Ann Tyson, Jamey Willis and Alyssa Willis; and his extended family, Moore, James and Emily Taylor (family: Charylene Brooks). He is also survived by family, TC and Charylene Brooks and family.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the funeral home to help defray funeral expenses.
