She is survived by: her siblings, Pauline Harp, Christine Mahan, Glenda Faye Oakley, Thomas, James, Robert and Richard Oakley; her children, Rick Smith (Debra), Ronnie Smith (Kim), Zaine Smith (Amy) and Sandra Rains (Scott Spencer); her grandchildren, Shannon Smith, Wendy Dale, Braedon Julian, Tabitha Goolsby, Ann Lee, Teri Lynn Smith, Waylon Smith, John Rains, Adriane Rains Canfield, Brandi Spencer Smith, Chelse Smith and Megan Smith; and also, Mary Beth Looper and Granny.
