He is survived by: his children, Tapatha Ray (Eddie) of Smithville, Brian Emberton (Charlotte) of McMinnville, Chad Emberton of Woodbury and Josh Emberton (Katie) of Smithville; his grandchildren, Dusten O'Conner (Brandi), Julie Ponder (Chris), Ethan Ray (Samara), Brad Emberton, Ashley Jones (Joe), Cade Emberton, Cristyn Emberton and Thea Kate Emberton; and his siblings, Ronnie Emberton (Katherine) of McMinnville and Tanya Emberton of Sparta. He is also survived by 13 Great Grandchildren.
