He was predeceased by: his parents, Holbert Boyd and Hattie Lee Boyd (Brackins); and his siblings, Clarence Tyler Boyd, Howard Leon Boyd, Alton McKinley Boyd, Lyndell Odell Boyd, Bendell Ray Boyd, Alice Mae Knuutila, Betty Jean Sanders and Hattie Sue Crossett.
He is survived by: his wife Charlie Mae Turner Boyd; his children, Virginia Ann Douglas (Gary) of Huntingdon and Jerry Wayne Boyd (Shirley) of Westport; his sisters, Jo Helen Noel of Huntingdon and Minnie Lee Howell of Westport; his grandchildren, Hope Dretzka (Matt), Nick Douglas (Kaitlyn), Logan Boyd (Julia), Caleb Boyd (Leah), Faith Douglas and Peyton Boyd; and his great grandchildren, Reagan Dretzka, Willow Douglas, Neo Douglas, Shiloh Douglas, Greyson Boyd and Jerry Sorrelli. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
