He is survived by: his children, Samantha Hillard (Dustin) of Buchanan, TN and Jimmy Camper (Haley) of Paris, TN; his siblings, Linda Camper of Buchanan, TN and Rodney Outland (Shelley) of Murray, KY; and his grandchildren, Emily Hillard, Courtney Rhodes and Ashley Hillard. He is also survived by four nieces.
