He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Paul Monroe McGinnis and Marie Frances Wevers; his wife Judy Capps McGinnis of Brush Creek, TN.; his children, Misty Lynn, Paul Jeremy, Izaak, Joshua and Heather; his stepmother Marcy McGinnis of Carthage, TN.; and his siblings, Sherri Lee Williams, Rose Ella McGinnis and Dale Wayne McGinnis. He was also cherished by Several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
