She was predeceased by: her parents, Velvin Agee and Sadie Mae Shoemake Agee; and her husband John Douglas Blackburn. She is survived by: her children, Kathy Vantrease (Terry) of Lebanon, TN and Larry Blackburn (Karen) of Lebanon, TN.; her brother Joe Agee (Betty) of Alexandria, TN.; her grandsons, Brian Blackburn (Jennifer), Brad Blackburn (Abigail), Jeremy Vantrease (Adrienne Foster) and Jeffrey Vantrease (Whitney); and her great grandchildren, Bryson Blackburn, Carleigh Blackburn, Levi Blackburn, Emma Blackburn, Miles Blackburn, Parker Vantrease (Harley), Jackon Vantrease, Sadie Vantrease and Gracie Foster.

The family requests memorials be made to the New Middleton Baptist Church.
