He was predeceased by: his parents, Jonas Russell Williams, Sr. and Rosie Lee Boles Williams; his wife Wanda Jane Burgess; his siblings, Gwendolyn Swaim and J. R. Williams; and his siblings-in-law, Eldon Burgess and Helen VanStander.
He is survived by: his children, W. Yvonne Williams of Brush Creek, TN. and Travis Sidney Williams (Kimberly) of Brush Creek, TN.; his grandchildren, Brandy N. Tisdale (Douglas), Taylor M. Williams and Austin S. Williams; his great grandchild W. Rook Rackley; his parents-in-law, Bill Burgess (Linda) of Brush Creek, TN, Anne (Lee), Carol Burgess of Cookeville, TN and Richard VanStrander of Woodbury, TN.; and also Jo Ann Adcock.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the Lewy Body Dementia Association or the Parkinsons Foundation.
