He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Chappell; his daughter Cyndee Webb; his brother Malcolm Chappell; his grandchildren, Stefanie Taylor and Kellsee Robinson; his great grandchild Tucker Forrest Along; and his sisters, Carrie Chappell, Ruth Henry and Norma Dean Savelle.
