He was predeceased by: his father William Fowler (Rab); and his great-nephew Peyton Fowler. He is survived by: his mother Vonnell Fowler of Huntingdon; and his siblings, Teresa Tate (John) of Munford, Auga Floyd (Pee Wee) of Bruceton, Sha Reynolds (Brad) of Bruceton, Charity Pinkley (Robert) of Trezevant and Kenny Fowler (Lisa) of Buena Vista. He is also survived by sixteen nieces and nephews and 21 great nieces and great nephews.
