He was predeceased by: his nephew Thomas Hunter Todd. He is survived by: his daughter Melissa Duke (Brandon) of Bruceton, TN; his mother Patricia Hicks Allen (Milburn) of Bruceton, TN; his wife Lisa Wilmott of Eva, TN; his sisters, Debbie Lamar (Michael) of Huntingdon, TN and Anita Todd of Jackson, TN; his granddaughter Ella Ilene Duke; and his stepsiblings, Steve Allen (Renee), Shannon Dick (Danny) and Amy Mangium (Ronnie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
