He was predeceased by: his brother Timothy Chapman. He is survived by: his mother Elaine Clark; his children, Michael Creighton Jr., Heath Creighton (Jaclyn) and Krista Creighton; his grandchildren, Cayden, Khloe, Abel and Jackson; his siblings, Mark Creighton and Chlo Creighton; and his significant other Linda June Creighton.
