He was predeceased by: his father Larry Gene Lowe; and his grandparents, Ted, Mildred Herndon, Leon and Lucille Lowe of Clarksburg.
He is survived by: his mother Martha Ann Herndon Lowe; his daughter Kiele Lowe; his brothers, Larry Lowe, Jr. and Tracy Lowe; his nephew Chris Coleman; and his niece Brittany Coleman. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
