He is survived by: his wife Joyce Elrod Kelley; his children, James Eric Kelley (Nicole), Kimberly Dawn Bordonali (Peter) of Port St and Brenda Jo Kelley of Port St; and his siblings, Jeff Glenn Watson of Brownsville, TN, Wanda Lou Rogers (Carey) of Somerville, TN and Josephine Robinson of Brownsville, TN.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
