He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Thomas Baggett and Rachel Evans Baggett; his siblings, Jackie Baggett, Sammy Baggett, Billie Hicks and Sue Carolyn Gibbs; and his grandson Christopher Alan Gaters.
He is survived by: his wife Ouida Baggett; his children, Tommy Baggett (Elizabeth) and Brenda Cantrell (Ricky); his sister Phyllis Baggett Hall; and his grandchildren, Joe Baggett (Cristy), Stephanie Baggett Lewis (Michael), Bailey Baggett Coulston (Blake), Lisa Gaters Heath (David), Andrea Gaters Manley (Frank), Charles Gaters and Calvin Gaters. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren, plus numerous nephews and nieces.
