He was predeceased by: his parents, George Lee Shouse and Alila Jean Brankin Shouse; and his parents-in-law, Dean Watson and Doretta Watson. He is survived by: his nephew Bryan Masters; his wife Michele; his daughter Misty Rhodes (Jarrod) of Brownsville, TN; his grandchildren, Jacob and Madison; his siblings, Gary Shouse, Bobby Shouse, Dennis Shouse and Sheila Shouse; and his siblings-in-law, Steve Watson (Cindy) of Owasso, David Watson, Curt Allison of Vancouver, Karen Watson of Collinsville and Carol Masters (Russell) of Covington, LA. He is also survived by one of 15 children and his mother, an only child.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, P.O. Box 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38101-9908.
