He was predeceased by: his mother Ailene Jackson; his former wife Debbie Meade Jackson; his wife Phyllis White Jackson; his children, Steven Lynn Jackson, Jr. and Elizabeth Jackson; and his siblings, Donald Ethridge and Marlene King.

He is survived by: his father Marvin Jackson of Brownsville, TN; and his siblings, Billy Jackson (Renae) of Brownsville, TN, Bobby Jackson of Brownsville, TN, Mary Jackson of Brownsville, TN. and Kathy Brasfield of Brownsville, TN..

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of the Donor's Choice.
