She was predeceased by: her husband Michael Strickland; and her father William E. Kendrick (Bill). She is survived by: her mother Shirley Kendrick of Brownsville, TN; her brothers, Mark Kendrick (Dale) of Brownsville, TN and Kenny Kendrick (Dede) of Brownsville, TN; her niece Carol Kendrick; and her nephews, Will Kendrick and Caleb Kendrick.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Lea and Simmons Funeral Home (1280 S Dupree St, Brownsville, TN 38012). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Zion Methodist Cemetery (1732 Rudolph Rd, Brownsville, TN 38012).
