She was predeceased by: her parent Willie Stafford; her husband S. W. "Dock" Richardson; her mother Bessie Godsey Stafford; her daughter Joan Richardson; and her siblings, Pauline Hudgins, Clyde Stafford and Billy Stafford.
She is survived by: her children, Patsy Tritt (Wayne) of Brownsville, TN and Bobby Richardson (Nyta) of Palatka, FL.; and her grandchildren, Brad Richardson (Gail) of Palatka, FL, Scott Richardson of Palatka, FL, Stewart Tritt (Sherry) of Brownsville, TN and Libba Ellington (Rad) of Brownsville, TN. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, family has requested memorials be made to The Carl Perkins Center, 130 Boyd Ave, Brownsville, TN 38012.
