He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Thomas Baggett and Rachel Evans Baggett of Brownsville, Tennessee.; and his siblings, Jackie Baggett, Billie Hicks and Sue Carolyn Gibbs.
He is survived by: his wife Levada Ann Baggett; his sons, Travis (Katherine) and Galon (Angela); his grandchildren, Rachel (John), Harley (Riley), Drew and Shelby; his great grandchildren, Kamryn Baggett and Cohen Vandergriff; and his siblings, Tommy (Ouida) and Phyllis Hall of Brownsville, Tennessee..
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic a private service will be held for immediate family only at Trinity Cemetery in Nutbush, Tennessee.
