She is survived by: her children, Harmon Lewis (Erica) of Brownsville, TN, Katie Singleteary (Justin) of Bells, TN and Tamera Ellington of Brownsville, TN; her sisters, Patricia Herron (Gaylon) of Brownsville, TN and DeDe Kendrick (Kenny) of Brownsville, TN; and her grandchildren, Jake, Addisyn, Brooklyn and Hudson.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to made to the Charity of the Donor's Choice.
