We are sad to announce that on August 17, 2023, at the age of 77, Raymond Forsythe (Brownsville, Tennessee) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernon Forsythe and Lavern Bell Forsythe; and his brothers, Wayne Forsythe, Neal Forsythe and Jimmy Forsythe.

He is survived by: his wife Addie Ruth Forsythe; his children, Rita Sue Forsythe of Alamo, TN, Marti Smith (Terry) and Ray Forsythe II (Erica) of Brownsville; his siblings, Barbara Nelson (Bobby) of Ripley, TN, Patsy Cato of Mauldin, MO, Jerry Forsythe of Brownsville, TN and Terry Forsythe of Brownsville, TN; his grandchildren, Erica Davis, Anna Marie Parker, Parker Colin Crutchfield, Jaydon Smith, Sydnie Smith, TJ Forsythe and Kayli Forsythe; and his great grandchildren, Kash Gray, Addie Davis and Braylen Davis.
