She was predeceased by: her parents, Egbert Parr and Leona Cooper Parr; her siblings, Donald Parr, Wayne Parr and Catherine Parr; and her grandson Luke Paschall.
She is survived by: her husband John Haywood (Jack) of Covington, TN; her children, Leslie Haywood-Moore (Tim) of Paducah, KY, Tracy Williams (Steve) of Pinson, TN, Beth McNeill (Bo) of Mt. Olive, NC and John Haywood, Jr. of Pinson, TN; and her sisters, Clara Parr of Covington and Shirley Roe of Covington.
