He was predeceased by: his parents, Dewey Outlaw and Mary Lou Thomas Outlaw; his wife Betty Graves Outlaw; his son Barry Douglas Outlaw; and his brother Bill Outlaw.

He is survived by: his daughter Debbie Warren (Jim); his siblings, Katherine Hooper and Allen Outlaw (Marie) of Brownsville, TN.; his grandchildren, Luke Warren and Abbey Warren Studebaker (Grant); and his great grandchildren, Bryleigh McCord, Landon McCord, Lily Warren and Millie Studebaker.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorials be given to the Zion Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, 1733 Upper Zion Rd., Brownsville, TN 38012.
