He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Wayne Franks and Alice Faye Ross Franks. He is survived by: his wife Tamyra Wiley Franks of Brownsville, TN; his children, Chloee Franks of Hampton, VA, Savannah Sneed of Bartlett, TN and Adrian Franks of West Memphis, AR; his stepchildren, Jami Jones of Oakland, TN and Michael Billings of Stuart, FL; his siblings, Teresa Castleman of Jackson, TN, Sharon Stephens of Bartlett, TN and Bill Franks of Williamsburg, VA; his mother-in-law Sylvia Wiley of Cordova, TN; and his pet Chewbug. He is also survived by four grandsons, three granddaughters.
