She was predeceased by: her parents, Lyle Calvin Mann and Minnie L. Mann (Reed) of Brownsville Tennessee; and her siblings, James Howard, Lyle Calvin (LC), Theodie Mann (Buddy), Hillard Mann and Willie Bell Thomas (Bell).
She is survived by: her siblings, Jonas S. Mann (Bug) of Brownsville and Clementine Haynes of Jackson; her son John H. King III; her grandchild Amani S; her husband John H. King Jr.; her son Scott Marshall of Markham; her child-in-law Suzette; her nieces and nephews, Dianne Mann (Di) of Seattle, Verlus Mootry (Kendra) of Brownsville, Tennessee., Ernestine and Ernest Brantley; her parents-in-law, Joseph King (Claudette) of Chicago, Felix King (Shirley) of Matteson, Armega Kitchen, Joyce Cheers of Oakbrook, Barbara Burrell of Berkley, Janice Jones of Westchester, Betty Wilson of Chicago and Margaret Young of Brownsville, Tennessee.; and also, John and Mamie. She is also survived by nephews, nieces, great nephews, and great nieces and as well as lifetime friends.
With social distancing restrictions in place, services will be Saturday, November 7, 2020, at 1:00 P. M., graveside at Woodlawn Baptist Church Cemetery in Brownsville.
