He is survived by: his children, Shane Maddox (Jennifer) of Alamo, TN and Kathy Waddell (Steven) of Brownsville, TN; his siblings, Ricky of Brownsville, TN, Danny Maddox of Brownsville, TN, Patricia Neal (John) of Brownsville, TN. and Shirley Hill of Brownsville, TN.; and his grandchildren, Taylor, Matthew, Samantha, Drake, Emma and Lily.
