She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Lou (Thomas) and Dewey Outlaw; her husband Mack Hooper; and her brothers, William T. Outlaw and Nathan D. Outlaw.

She is survived by: her son Dr. William D. Hooper of Bonita Springs.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Zion Baptist Church, 1733 Upper Zion Rd., Brownsville, TN, 38012.
