She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Lou (Thomas) and Dewey Outlaw; her husband Mack Hooper; and her brothers, William T. Outlaw and Nathan D. Outlaw.
She is survived by: her son Dr. William D. Hooper of Bonita Springs.
