She was predeceased by: her stepfather William Geno; her parent-in-law James Joyner; and also Lorraine Joyner. She is survived by: her husband Steve Joyner of Bartlett, TN; her son Michael Shane Hooten of Memphis, TN; her mother Jeanetta Geno; her brothers, Danny Peterson of Alamo, TN, Jerry Peterson of Alamo, TN, Jackie Peterson (Regina) of Alamo, TN, Robert Peterson of Alamo, TN, John Hooten (Kim), Robert Dale Hooten and Lynn Edward Hooten; her granddaughter Amelia Hooten; and also James D. Caldwell (Daddy Jim).
