He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Lynn Burns Mingledorff; his children, Jason Wayne Nanney (Rachel) and Ashley Michelle Benson (Derek) of Jackson, TN; his brothers, Marc Mingledorff (Kim) of Jackson, TN and Sam Mingledorff (Debbie) of Lebonon, TN.; and his grandsons, Porter and Rowan Benson.
