He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Parks; his son Troy Ferrell (Allison); and his siblings, Terry Parks (Joan) of Brownsville, Joan Brummett (Jack) of Brownsville, Barbara Marbury (Jerry), Denmark and Mary Ann Prine (Mike).
